One of our most memorable projects – We worked with the council on this grade 2 listed property, and the aim was to keep the integrity of the property and keep the house as a 5 bed 4 level home.
 

This project involved refurbishing the butterfly roof, renovating the listed sash windows and totally gutting the internal shell of the property.
 

We went back to brick, added internal insulation, suspended the ceiling to help reduce sound, added 5 internal ensuite bathrooms and removed and reinforced the chimney stack. In doing so, we created a luxury 5 bed HMO all ensuite with a separate kitchen and living room.
 

We achieved an EPC of C and upgraded the electric to 3 Phase.
