Working with an old commercial office in excess of 5000 SQF, we took on this central London plot with the view of converting this into 6 luxury brand new apartments.

This was a complex build given the relationship with the neighbours and their adjoining land. Despite the legal difficulties, we went through planning, added significant value, and delivered 6 apartments on time and under budget and created 5500 SQF of liveable space.
